Organic vs regular

When it comes to buying regular fruits and vegetables vs organic fruits and vegetables

 All natural, organic, non-gmo, are words that tell you your getting the best quality products available.  Organic products contain more essential vitamins and minerals our bodies need to function.  Providing nutritional balance to live a healthy lifestyle. Regular fruits and vegetables do not. 

Organic is something that is generated naturally in the world.  Free of foreign chemicals. It begins in the dirt. Yes, it is as simple as using quality dirt and manure to grow.

If I buy something organic or natural, how do I know its good for me?  Sometimes, you think your eating something healthy. In fact it isn't. This is where learning to read labels is very important.  I've noticed that sometimes the labels show bad oils and some sugars on their label.  Remember, the ingredients listed first and at the beginning are the ingredients most prevalent.  When looking for most ingredient labels, use this rule of thumb. If you don't know what it it, most likely it shouldn't go in your body.  

How does an organic farm become certified? To be certified organic. Organic farming continues to be developed by various organic agricultures today.  It relies on fertilizers of organic origin such as compost, manure, green manure and bone meal placing an emphasis on techniques such as crop rotation.

What are the benefits to choosing "organic" vegetables opposed to mass produced vegetables.  Organic farmers nutrient rich soil naturally contains the 70+ nutrients that our body needs. Mass producers would be lucky to have 15 of those nutrients in their soil. In addition, organic farmers do not use any pesticides or chemicals ever.  Mass producers use toxic chemicals to treat their crops.
